The February break will look a bit different this year, but the City of Melfort is offering many COVID-19 and family-friendly activities.
The Play Melfort staycation destination is at the Kerry Vickar Centre (KVC) with gym rentals, two island photo ops, arts, and more.
Recreation Programmer Shannon Marshall said the Northern Lights Palace is the place to be at the end of the week, with a glow skate taking place on Friday.
“Admission is by donation to KidSport, we have four skating spots open between 5 and 9 p.m.,” Marshall said.
Initially, there were just two glow skate time slots but those filled rather quickly according to Marshall so they added two more. ....
