The Hampden Township Board of Commissioners approved the preliminary land development plan on Thursday night for the second phase of Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center at the Wentworth Corporate Center at Good Hope and Wertzville roads, just off of Interstate 81.
The Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center is currently under construction. The first part of the second phase will include a medical office building and a parking garage. The 94,050-square-foot, three-story medical office building will be adjacent to the north side of the hospital building.
