Qatar, Rwanda sign pact to avoid double taxation

Doha: The State of Qatar and the Republic of Rwanda signed an agreement to avoid double taxation and prevent financial evasion between the governments of the two countries at the General Tax Authority’s (GTA) headquarters in Doha yesterday.
The agreement was signed by GTA President Ahmed bin Issa Al Mohannadi, and Rwanda’s Ambassador to Qatar H E Francois Nkulikiyimfura, in the presence of the Director of African Affairs Department Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Dosari. ....
