According to Huntingdon County District Attorney David Smith, one man was arrested during this week’s snowstorm following a drug bust in Union Township.
Authorities say 45 year old Scott Moyer faces charges of drug manufacturing, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, according to court documents.
According to a criminal complaint, state police in Huntingdon and the PSP SERT Unit executed a search warrant of Moyer’s residence, on Tuesday morning, following a months-long investigation.
Troopers say from Oct. 2020 to Feb. 2021, investigators conducted four controlled buys involving Moyer and the sale of methamphetamine. ....
