Authorities in Camden County say a man from Berlin has been charged in connection to the death of a man who overdosed on fentanyl shortly after buying it.
Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Berlin Township Police Chief Wayne Bonfiglio say 31-year-old Christopher Mauger of Berlin has been charged with one count of first-degree Strict Liability for Drug-Induced Death.
Mayer s office says on October 13th, police were called to the 100 block of Pine Avenue in Berlin Township for the report of a man needing medical attention. When they arrived, they found 31-year-old Sean Abronski of Berlin Township unresponsive. Abronski was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cops stop armed man without firing a shot #BlueFriday
Today s #BlueFriday honorees are the brave and well trained officers in Berlin Township.
A week ago, cops were called to a home on a report of a couple barricaded in a bedroom with the woman injured from a stab wound.
Without hesitation, the responding officers rushed into the home and were able to rescue the female victim to safety and get her medical attention. After multiple attempts to have the suspect leave the residence and surrender, the Camden County Response Team was called in to enter the home and extract the armed suspect.
