Shocking footage has emerged of two police officers brutal heavy-handed arrest of a mentally-ill teenage boy in Victoria.
Lochlan Nixon-May was arrested by police outside a home in Wodonga in the north of the state on Friday.
Disturbing vision of Nixon-May s arrest has been revealed, showing a police officer bash him in the head with a capsicum spray canister.
The 19-year-old is subdued face down with the officer grabbing his arm, while another officer uses his foot to hold his head on the ground.
