Cass County Judge Steven Marquart sentenced Shannon Leroy Pederson, 53, on Monday, Jan. 25, on two Class A felonies of gross sexual imposition. He faced up to 20 years in prison for each charge, though Marquart ordered Pederson to serve 15 years total. He will get 637 days credit for time served. ....
