Reading over the press release for Shelby s 2021 models, nothing in particular stuck out. until I got to the pricing for the Super Snake. The base model costs $133,785, and this new limited-edition Speedster costs $138,740. Yes, that s more the cost of
two fully loaded Mustang Mach 1s.
So what do you get for your money? For starters, an 825-hp supercharged 5.0-liter V8 and
uprated half-shafts and cooling hardware, a Borla exhaust, and a host of exterior and interior tweaks. A six-speed manual is standard, while a 10-speed automatic is optional.
