With the uptick in positive COVID-19 cases across the region, the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre is updating its visitor restrictions.
New restrictions go into effect 9 p.m. this evening, Friday March 12.
“We understand this isn’t ideal for our patients and family members, however it’s important that with the increased number of cases in the region that we do our part in keeping everyone as safe
as possible,” says Heather Lee, President and CEO of SLMHC. “We thank everyone for their patience as we recognize this week marks one year since the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic.
