High Commissioner Holly said that Australia expresses solidarity with Sri Lanka as they both face the impacts of the global COVID-19 crisis together. The Australian Department of Defence is pleased to support Sri Lanka’s armed forces in their effort to counter COVID-19 by providing much needed equipment to protect those on the frontline in Sri Lanka, he said. ....

Australian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka David Holly expressed these views when he called on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (31).
Two vessel related accidents occurred in Sri Lankan waters in a short period of time.
