This is forcing local residents to go to Rawalpindi for the purpose which is very time consuming and expensive but despite repeated demands no one is paying heed to their demands. “My father is suffering from kidney failure. Both of his kidneys are not working. The only way out is dialysis twice a week and for this we have to take him to Rawalpindi. This is time-consuming as well as very expensive a process.
