Airlines carrying many passengers without corona negative certificate

Despite strict ban, several airlines including the state-run Biman Bangladesh are allegedly transporting passengers many of whom are not having corona negative certificates.
No airlines are permitted to carry passengers without corona negative certificate.
But airlines are showing lenient view on the important health safety issue risking second wave of Covid 19 across the globe.
More  than 4,000 passengers of various international airlines are being received everyday at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA)
Of them, some passengers have been found to be infected with coronavirus.
In the last one week, at least 17 corona positive patients came to the airport. ....
