A Cincinnati man was arrested and charged with pandering obscenity in a case involving a child, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff s Office.Deputies arrested Ryan Bussey, 46, Thursday and charged him with three counts of “pandering obscenity involving a minor.”Members of the Regional Electronics & Computer Investigations section received a tip from the nationwide task force, Internet Crimes Against Children, regarding Bussey s internet activities, which prompted their investigation.Bussey was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.Detectives are still investigating Bussey s internet activity.
