Potential Exposure To COVID-19 On A Maritime Bus To Sydney » The Coast 89.7 FM

Public Health is warning about potential exposure to COVID-19 on another Maritime Bus from the Halifax Stanfield Airport to Sydney.
The bus left the airport at 3:45 in the afternoon on May 2
nd and arrived at the Circle K on George Street at 9:10 that night.
Anyone who was on the bus is asked to book a COVID test and to isolate until they get a negative result.
People who test positive will be contacted by Public Health.
Meanwhile, Premier Iain Rankin and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give a COVID-19 update at 1:00 this afternoon.

Menzies Aviation signs ground handling agreements with Flair Airlines

Aviation logistics specialist Menzies Aviation has entered full-service ground handling agreements with Canadian low-cost carrier Flair Airlines.

The partnership between Menzies Aviation and Flair Airlines expands the existing alliance between the two parties to include around nine of the 19 stations in the carrier’s domestic network.
Starting this month, Menzies will offer passenger and ramp services to the airline at Ottawa Airport (YOW), Halifax Stanfield Airport (YHZ) and Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson Airport (YWG) in Canada.
From July, the company will serve the airports of Charlottetown (YYG), Saint John (YSJ), and Victoria (YYJ) while from August it will provide services at Abbotsford International Airport (YXX). ....

Public Health is warning about potential exposure to COVID-19 on a Maritime Bus that travelled to Sydney.
People who were on the bus that left the Halifax Stanfield Airport for Sydney at 3:15 in the afternoon on April 26
th asked to book a COVID-19 test, even if they don’t have symptoms.
They’re also required to self-isolate while waiting for their test result.
