Honda Malaysia recalls additional 77,708 vehicles over fuel pump issue

KUALA LUMPUR: Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd is recalling 77,708 vehicles to replace fuel pumps as a precautionary measure.
In a statement, Honda Malaysia said the recall was for the replacement of the fuel pump in these vehicles as a precautionary measure.
It said the vehicles affected were manufactured between 2018 and 2020.
“Honda Malaysia apologises for the inconvenience caused to the affected customers and reassures that all its current selling models are not affected in this product recall,” it said.
The affected models are listed below.
Honda said all affected customers would be informed via notification letters, which will include details of the product recall. ....
