After having won a tender held in Buzău, Romania, the Turkish bus manufacturer Temsa today announced that it will now deliver four Avenue Electron buses by the end of 2021. The delivery also includes the procurement of two 150kw and 480kw charging stations to the city.
The Avenue Electron that will be on the roads of Romania’s city of Buzău in 2021, was first introduced at Hanover Commercial Vehicle Fair held in Germany in 2018. In June 2019, the Turkish bus manufacturer presented two new electric bus models at the UITP Global Public Transport Summit in Stockholm: the Avenue Electron and MD 9 electriCITY.
