四年前，台北市信義威秀影城，發生火災，當時，正值國片「目擊者」首映，藝人和民眾倉皇逃生，事後二樓餐廳業者和一名流產女員工，控告連鎖速食店員工，使用油鍋不小心，加上排煙管卡油垢，導致火災，求償40多萬，不過，法院認為，排煙管半年清潔一次，加上裡頭空氣流動不容易熱蓄積，還有油鍋是間接加熱不會有火星，不符合自燃情況，判速食店不用賠，全案定讞！ ....
