受到滯留鋒面及颱風外圍環流影響，4日下午北部降下豪大雨，許多地區出現淹水慘況，而今（5）日至下週一（7日）「梅雨鋒面」仍在台灣附近徘徊，各地天氣較為不穩定，即日起到下週一全台各地都有雨，西半部、東北部地區會有局部大雨或豪雨發生機率，在南部山區則有局部大豪雨發生，因此，中央氣象局今年首度啟動「較大規模或較劇烈豪雨作業」。(記者劉沛妘) ....
