台南市一名鍾姓男子去年初北上桃園找工作，由於過程不順遂身上錢都已花光，飢餓數日後，鍾男竟強開路邊一名高姓女子的車門，拉扯其頭髮、咬手臂搶走高女的手提包，最後用手提包裡頭的70元，到超商買食物充飢，遭逮後被依強盜罪移送。法院認定，鍾男害高女身心受創、財物損失，但考量到其因挨餓才行竊，減刑判處鍾男2年7個月，全案還可上訴。 ....
