Detailed description is 本中心於1990年成立，為粉嶺華明邨及其他居民提供青少年、兒童及家庭服務。 目標： . 發展青少年的個人潛能，改善他們的人際關係及建立積極的生活態度； . 提升青少年就業技能以增強他們在就業市場的競爭力； . 提倡和諧家庭關係； . 促進青少年關注社會事務，提升他們的公民意識。. . 服務對象： . 主要為區內6-24歲之青少年及其家庭成員。. . 名額： . 每年最少1400名會員。. . 服務內容： . 青少年服務（計有中小學駐校社會工作服務、就業培訓、義工服務、外展工作、社交技巧訓練、個案輔導等）； . 家庭服務（計有家長教育活動、親子活動、家庭個案輔導等）； . 社區服務（計有社區教育計劃、社區共融計劃等）； . 特別需要組群計劃（計有學習障礙兒童、新來港學童等）； . 其它服務（計有圖書館、自修室、Band房、電腦室等）。
