Detailed description is MRCE IEEE Student Branch . MRCE IEEE Students Branch was inaugurated on 3rd September 2010 .The event saw the participation of total 97 IEEE student members, 8 IEEE Professional Members from MRCE and 6 Non-IEEE faculty members were present. The previous Branch Coordinator Mr. S.B. Goyal welcomed all the dignitaries followed by the lightning of lamp by the IEEE Delhi Section dignitaries. The chief guest Dr. V.R. Singh Chairman (IEEE Delhi Section) presented a technical talk on “UBIQUITOUS Technology in Health Care & Green Environment Control”. It aims at promoting the importance of standards in meeting technical, economic, environmental, and societal challenges, providing short courses about standards needed in the design and development phases of professional practice.. . In September 2011 , we also included Women in Engineering in MRCE chapter of IEEE. . . Presently we have successfully organized more than 40 events out of which IBM DB2 workshop was one of our major events and 12th IEEE Quarterly meet was one of our grand events in which 110 members were present.. .
