It's situated on Dublin Street, Monaghan. It has 2 bars, the Anchor and the Brewery.. . The Anchor is the original bar located on the ground floor which has a real genuine Pub atmosphere. There is a Jukebox which has an extensive library to choose from and while you are enjoying your favourite tunes why not have a game of pool.. . Upstairs is the Brewery, this is the live venue, which hosts rock, blues and alternative bands and DJ's. We also have the best party package in Monaghan (Actually in Ireland) We will provide You with Free venue Free hot Delicious bite's and also Free Dj (Sorry we don't do 18th birthdays). with capacity for over a 100! . . We have an Open Mic in the bar like no other with a different host every Thurs so each week is unique it has grown in stature with artists performing from all over Europe and America and we have been inundated with acts looking to host but it is an Open Mic so if your a seasoned professional or play tunes as a hobby this is a night for YOU!. .
