Detailed description is Children's book including a colour meditation.. . Available as a workshop with a sound and colour meditation, weaving a mandala and colour in. Rainbow Tree is a children's book written with the intention to help kids connect to the earth, themselves and others'. To become more relaxed, centred and grounded so they can concentrate, have reduced stress and calmer nervous systems. Away from modern technology.. . Within the story, they learn about the four seasons, four directions, colours of the rainbow, plus a guided meditation to connect the sky and earth. Along with basic life lessons like patience, purpose, strength, courage, compassion, kindness, guidance and intuition. Included at the end, is a guided visualisation meditation that they learn for protection.. . People have told me that they have found this book to be a lot of fun, easy and practical for teachers and parents to use with their children.. . Rainbow Tree came to me in a vision in August 2016. The idea was so strong I awoke from bed to write it down. Within a month I had written and illustrated the book. I knew I had to get it out, not to waste time. . . I love sharing this story at festivals and markets to children, but also many adults have said they have bought it for their own inner child also. . . The medicine that came through while writing this book, (colour meditation) I now use for myself. It is a very powerful book to help bring about change to the world. . . _______________________________. .
