Detailed description is 健康行動 (本會) 成立於 2009年，為免稅之慈善團體 (IR File No. 91/9968)。 本會自2011年獲環境及自然保育基金社區廢物回收項目資助推行「北區環保回收行動」，並獲地政署以港幣 $1 優惠租金租借粉嶺聯和市場 (法定三級歷史建築，即聯和墟舊街市現址) 予本會推廣文化保育及社區回收教育工作。. . 2014年獲環境及自然保育基金社區廢物回收項目資助推行「北區回收中心」，於北區進行塑膠回收行動，並配合社區教育，藉以提升市民對環保回收的意識及培養廢膠回收之習慣。同年，本會分別獲環境及自然保育基金社區廢物回收項目及食物分享基金資助推行「聯和物人 – 剩食收集及分享計劃」及「惜食行動」，並得到區內商戶及善長人捐食物，除為有需要人士「加餐餸」，亦可減輕堆填區的負擔。. . 2015年獲華人永遠墳場基金會資助推行 「樂贈好C」 計劃，期望增強社會凝聚力，讓社區人士透過轉贈計劃，身體力行，付出一份力，為其他有需要人士謀福祉；並建立社區人士愛護環境及惜物愛物的生活習慣。. . 2016年繼續獲食物分享基金及環境及自然保育基金等贊助推行「惜食行動」計劃、「北區回收中心」及環保與社區教育工作，讓本會繼續推廣文化保育及社區回收教育工作。
