Detailed description is CARDC was founded in June 2011 to undertake research on problems pertaining to the social, economic, political environmental and international issues CARDC was conceived as a forum for academicians and other members of the civil society to participate and contribute in the matters of concern in the field of social sciences and humanities. The purpose is to undertake comprehensive research to develop an understanding about the nature and dynamics of social, political, economic and cultural factors and its consequence on Indian Democracy with a purpose to provide input for formulation of policies and empowerment of the marginalized groups to participate as equal in various spheres of public life.
