Med tre ansatte og lagerkapasitet på 700m2 (noe som tilsvarer 10 % av spillearealet på Brann Stadion..) omsatte bedriften første regnskapsår for 17 millioner kroner. . . Etter fire år var ikke lenger 700 m2 nok og Geitanger Bygg pakket sammen og flyttet til gamle Bergen Jernstøperi i Bjørnsonsgaten 13-15. Her fikk de ansatte 3500 m2 å boltre seg på, en femdobling av det gamle arealet (og dermed var man oppe i 50 % av banearealet).. . I 1997 tok Alf Lindborg over som daglig leder og utviklingen gikk fortsatt fremover for Geitanger Bygg. I 1999 var antallet ansatte kommet opp i 12, omsetningen passerte 60 millioner og fortsatte å stige.. . I år 2000 trosset man dommedagsprofetier og utvidet enda engang. I januar, 2000 flyttet Geitanger Bygg inn i 6000 m2 (nesten en tidobling av det opprinnelige areaet) i Kanalveien 54, et tidligere go-kartsenter. Her fikk man plass til lager, kontor, butikk og stor utstilling, bare et par steinkast fra Fabrikkgaten hvor Geitanger Bygg lå i sine første år.. . Første år i nye lokaler omsatte bedriften for 73 millioner kroner, og bare tre år senere, i 2003, ble den magiske grensen på 100 millioner nådd. Da hadde de første 3 medarbeiderne blitt til 18.. . I 2009 sluttet Alf Lindborg som daglig leder og den rollen er nå overtatt av Frode Søfteland.. . I 2011, som er siste regnskapsår omsatte Geitanger Bygg for 139 millioner og hadde 22 faste ansatte.. . .
