Nascido na Capital Paulista, no tradicional bairro do Jaçanã passou grande parte de sua infância na Cidade de Brotas-SP, cidade natal de sua mãe e seus avós.
Marcos Rosalle, ainda criança ganhou seu primeiro violao de seus avós e daí pra frente nunca mais largou a música.
Com 12 anos já participava de festivais tocando percurssão e cantando.
Com 14 anos, chegou a fazer um teste para o Grupo Polegar , e aos 16, juntamente com amigos do bairro montou um grupo de samba e pagode.
Aos 19 anos mudou-se para Brotas em definitivo, onde de fato entrou para o mundo musical, cantando em diversas bandas..

Em 1999 gravou seu primeiro single, “Vale do Amor” bem executado nas radios da região.
Nesta época se formou como locutor de radio, participou de bandas de carnaval de salão e bailes de rodeio, onde descobriu seu verdadeiro amor pela música sertaneja..

Com determinação, percebeu que precisava de algo mais em sua carreira.
Então resolveu voltar para São Paulo.
Com o apoio da família, lutando contra as dificuldades, tocou em muitos bares e participou de programas de televisão como: Raul Gil e Gente que Brilha..

Em 2005 foi convidado a ser a primeira voz da Dupla Cowboys Sertanejos, junto com André Cowboy BBB9, foi quando gravou o cd intitulado Máquina do Tempo, onde lhe rendeu mais experiência e profissionalismo..

Hoje, segue em carreira solo se apresentando nos bares e baladas de São Paulo, cantando música de seu CD com hits já conhecidos de seu público..

Sua música e seu carisma chamou a atenção do Produtor Musical Rick Bonadio iniciando assim uma parceria de sucesso com a Gravadora Midas Music, onde Rosalle gravou tres músicas para o lançamento de um EP, iniciando assim uma nova fase em sua carreira
