He is educationist since 2008 and he had been a part of many educational institutions at Ahmedabad. He started his career as a teacher in a primary school, than he started to impart his teaching skill to the high school students and then he started to take lectures for the MBA students as a visiting faculty. After few year of experience he becomes the Principal in very reputed school of Ahmedabad. And with all this he was also imparting training and establishing himself as a Professional Trainer.. All the training modules of Saarthi have been developed by Mr. Ashish Sharma and he is the head trainer of Saarthi. Besides teaching in Educational institutes he was also imparting training to many corporate, Government Department, NGO’s and many more. Till now he had imparted training as a Trainer to more than 20000 people all over India. He had conducted many workshops in different parts of India.. After conducting numbers of workshops and training program he came to a conclusion that in present time neither educational institutes nor the training institutes are providing a complete over all development programs to an individual. And after seeing this he had done proper research and he found that there are many limitations to educational institutes and training centers as they have to complete their own curriculum in a limited period of time. . So with this research he designed the modules of training and having a positive and a unique thought of development he set up SAARTHI as a complete development centre for all generation. He believes that all men are capable of doing anything perhaps they found their own identity by knowing their own strengths.. And SAARTHI is the place where complete focus is given to find out the inner abilities and strengths of an individual whether they choose any available training program.
