Werner Ehinger selbst absolvierte im Jahr 2005 die Abschlussprüfung zum Pferdewirt, Schwerpunkt Reiten, nachdem er schon lange vor der Prüfung bewiesen hatte, dass er im Sattel zu Hause ist: Er versteht es, Pferde in den Sport zu bringen und sie über Springpferdeprüfungen der Klasse A bis hin zur Schweren Klasse auszubilden. Nach dem schweren Schicksalsschlag, der die Familie im Februar 2009 ereilte, helfen nun alle Familienmitglieder, Verwandte und Freunde mit, den Zucht- und Ausbildungsbetrieb mit vollem Einsatz fortzuführen.. . Seit 2013 arbeitet nun auch die Lebensgefährtin von Werner Ehinger tatkräftig mit. Sarah Kessler hat im Haupt und Landgestüt Marbach eine Lehre zur Pferdewirtin absolviert und hat nun während ihrer Zeit bei Anton Schindele 2012 die Prüfung zum Pferdewirtschaftsmeister abgelegt. Sie unterstützt nun Werner bei seiner Arbeit mit den Pferden und hat ihren Schwerpunkt auf das Reiten von Jungpferden in Leistungsprüfungen sowie Reitpferde,- und Eignungsprüfungen gelegt.
