The advertised monthly price is fixed but we are happy to discuss a discount for longer stays. We are looking for a tenant who may be on secondment, relocating, vacationing etc, ideally for a 2 - 3 month period from June to August but will consider any booking of at least a month.. . The accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The bedding configuration may be altered for longer stays to accommodate individual family needs. The bedding as configured includes 1 king, 2 queens and 1 single bed but further single or bunk beds can be added if required.. . The over-sized master suite includes a luxury en-suite with a double sink in a marble vanity, a double rain forest shower, separate toilet and bath. There is a large fully fitted dressing room and a north facing balcony off the bedroom that overlooks the backyard.. . There is a large open plan living area with a top of the range gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. The kitchen has all marble bench tops including a large central island bench. Miele appliances include gas stove, oven & dishwasher. This gives you most things that you are likely to need in short walking distance but as they are 2 streets away in Hampden Rd you will not be bothered by the associated traffic.. . Ku-Ring-Gai National Park is just a 25 minute bike ride away. It is also only a 30 minute drive or train ride to the wonderful Hawkesbury River, where fishing and boating pleasures abound. We can provide you with fishing equipment and hints on how to best enjoy your time at any of these wonderful venues. We also have other gear, such as a beach boogie boards, that you can borrow.. . Other Things to Note. . A welcome hamper will be provided to you upon arrival. This will include a selection of local wines & craft beers, tea, coffee, jams (including vegemite), cereals, biscuits and chocolates. All linens and toiletries are supplied and apart from personal items all other items found in the house such as appliances, tools, toys and sports equipment are available for your use.. .
