Member: " Professorial Photographers of America" We are Don and Kelly Sowers a husband and wife team who have shared a lifetime love of photography. Don began studying photography while attending Hedgesville High School. Where he shot and developed black and white film and prints from his trusty old Minolta. He enjoyed it so much that he asked his parent for an enlarger for Christmas, so after his class was over he could continue to take and develop his own prints at home ! So under the tree Christmas morning 1983 he found a new enlarger and the love affair began. Don has owned a wedding business in Baltimore for seven years where along with his business partner they decorated and photographed weddings throughout Baltimore-Washington and surrounding areas .. Kelly has enjoyed photography most of her life .She was early bloomer, starting at the ripe old age of 7 or 8 posing her stuffed animals for portraits. So as she matured it was a natural progression to merge two of her greatest loves., children and photography .. She brings 30 plus years of experience with children , from baby sitting in her early teens to working in a daycare facility , teaching Sunday school classes and 19 years working in the school system , most recently working with kindergarteners for the past 7 years.. The name of our business is derived from their story. We were first loves in HS . We were separated in our teens and reunited 25 years later. So now we are 2gether Again ! and we make photography FUN !
