Detailed description is Providing a wide range of technical support services at an affordable rate. Based out of Saint Albans, VT and serving the Franklin County area. 2nd Shift Tech Support is run by me, Derrick Garceau, out of my home in Saint Albans, VT. I provide a wide variety of technical services whether it be removing a virus on your personal computer, replacing a cracked cell phone screen or troubleshooting an issue with your business class server. I offer free price quotes, affordable flat rates for most jobs and I refuse to charge you a penny if I'm unable to solve your issue. I work full time during the day as a Network Administrator so my hours are limited to the evenings and weekends (hence the name 2nd Shift).
