This is a recently redecorated condo with top designer/ brand names. It is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, air conditioned condo just steps away from the beach and boardwalk and sleeps up to 10 people! All new kitchen appliances, new sleeper sofa, new dining room set, new living room tables and new entertainment console, new carpet in the 4 bedrooms and refinished hardwood floors done for 2013. The condo is on the top floor with ocean views from the balcony features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a full kitchen with all the amenities that you need. Each bedroom is decorated with fun summer themes and has a ceiling fan as well as a TV with DVD player. . . The living room is spacious and offers lots of light and connects with the slider to the patio where you can enjoy views of the ocean and boardwalk. The living room also features a 47 inch LED brand name HDTV w/Blu-Ray(wifi connected) player. The dining table seats six people and a Queen sized sleeper sofa. The unit is also Wi-Fi equipped so that everyone can stay connected during their stay. . . If you are sharing the unit with a few families, you will be pleased to have ample parking! You can park 2 cars in the garage and an additional car in the driveway. No more worrying about finding a lot once you get to the shore.. . Prime Rental . - Full Kitchen with brand new dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave toaster oven ( all new for 2014). - Washer/Dryer(new 2014). - New Cuisinart Grind and Brew Coffee Maker (no filters needed). - Ninja Blender ( great for a refreshing beverage after a day at the beach). - Cookware, Glassware, Silverware, Utensils. - Central Air Conditioning system (installed 2014). - WiFi Connectivity. - 47 inch LED HDTV in living room with Blu-Ray player(Netflix, pandora, Amazon Prime.
