Heath is the Personal Trainer at 712 Fitness, as he holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Central College, and is nearing completion of a masters's degree in Exercise & Health Promotion from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Heath also holds two Personal Training certifications, one being from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the other from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Heath has over 4 years of experience working with all ranges of clients to include children, athletes, middle-aged men and women, and is also very experienced working with older adult clients. Heath has also done work with special needs individuals and numerous special populations involving specific health needs. . Rachel has been involved with health & fitness nearly her whole life. As a multiple time state champion, and competitive All-American college athlete, Rachel holds a deep passion for helping others with their fitness & health. Rachel holds a bachelors degree in Public Relations & Advertising, with a minor in health & wellness, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Rachel will be bringing group exercise classes to the Griswold area with classes such as Zumba, Yoga, body sculpting & older adult fitness classes. Rachel values making fitness fun, and can help any and all clients develop a steady routine towards more optimal health.
