I have been in retail for 19+ years. I graduated from University of Alabama with retail and marketing degree. I entered into the wholesale side of the industry upon graduation in 2002. I worked as rep for multiple vendors and aided in product development. My passion for helping retailers succeed sparked from there. I opened my own store in 2004. My mother-in-law and I still own and run Serendipity Boutique in Birmingham, AL. I was introduced to the consulting side when I hired James Hallman to be our consultant in 2005.
