Detailed description is Cakes for all occasions and baked goods. My name is Karen Ashley and I started making cakes when I was a kid. My Grandma Baldwin taught me how to bake and hold a pastry bag and so it began. I watched and learned from anyone and anywhere I could and taught myself how to create what I wanted to make. I had plenty of practice baking cakes for my 5 boys' birthdays! I am ALWAYS learning so that I can provide people what they want. I am not a huge fan of fondant, because of the taste (basically inedible) because I do not want anything that is not DELICIOUS to have my name on it. HOWEVER I have reluctantly started learning how to make bows, etc... because that is what the current trend seems to be. With that being said, I still will not cover a cake in fondant!
