Stef has been instructing movement for over 20 years as a wilderness guide, challenge facilitator and occasional dance instructor.
Her formal education includes a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Penn State University.
She has been practicing yoga and mind/body work for 15 years and began teaching yoga classes in 2010 at North Country Community College.
She became a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) in 2015.
