Our classes are tailored to the Flood Claims Adjusting Industry with the goal of teaching our students how to perform in the Top 10% of adjusters using proven methodologies and processes designed for immediate success. . . Until now, the Flood Claims Adjusting Industry had no formal path of entry except for "who you know". In other words, unless an existing FEMA Certified Flood Claims Adjuster was willing to take you under their wing, breaking into the business was almost impossible. Even then, people entering the business were not receiving standardized training or, even worse, were being left to fend for themselves to learn the business the hard way. . . Fortunately, in 2009, Didi was introduced to Colonial Claims Corporation, who enrolled her in their Mentor Program, and through them, she earned her FEMA National Flood Insurance Program Flood Claims Adjuster Certification and is now mentoring new Flood Claims Adjusters at Colonial Claims.. . Didi's husband, Scottie Womack, is a retired Coast Guard helicoptor pilot with extensive training and management experience. Didi and Scottie combined their experience to form AdjusterTrainer.com to meet a significant need for training in the Flood Claims Adjusting Industry. Until now, this type of training simply did not exist.. .
