I help my clients identify behavior changes so that they can flourish. As an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach, I create safe space for my clients to untangle chronic, confusing, complex issues that contribute to feelings of dis-ease in mind, body or spirit. We work together to identify behavior changes to increase health and wellbeing, and ultimately, the ability to flourish. Through confidential, client-centered sessions, I walk next to my clients as they move into spacious thinking about “what’s next.” I am passionate about working with young people who are stretching their boundaries in search of growth, as well as seasoned professionals who are challenged, once again, to stretch in new ways.
