Detailed description is The UNM Gallup Chapter of the American Indian Business Association is a student organization dedicated to education, peer support, and community service. THE HISTORY OF AIBA. . The American Indian Business Association (AIBA) was created by three aspiring business students when they realized that there was a need for a support system for American Indian students at the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management. AIBA was established in 1994 by Michael Clani, Roberson Becenti, Katchee Mitchell, and Anderson staff, Jaye Francis. The essential elements haven't changed much since the inception of AIBA; the goals and values remain the same. However, AIBA has acquired a " whole family" attitude.
