Apex also offers the ability to perform medium to large-size projects on an as needed basis and is always in a position to offer and accept tenders for upcoming projects.. . The owner, Clark Schaefer has over 10 years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic and strives to offer his customers a service that is accountable, helpful, along with additional value through a diverse understanding and experience with the integration of overlapping systems. This is what allows Apex to promote profit within our client’s processes, and create long lasting business relationships.. .
