Detailed description is The Environmental Education Center is a 442 acre working farm. Vision Statement: Our vision is to manage the Environmental Education Center to provide hands-on academic, environmental, laboratory, and field activities in support of the academic and outreach objectives of APSU. A major component of this vision is to incorporate hands-on academic laboratories and field experiences at the EEC as a regular part of courses in agriculture, biology and military science and an occasional part of activities for other APSU units and affiliated community groups. To that end, the EEC staff will administer the facilities and resources for maximum sustainable availability to enhance the academic needs of the university.
