Detailed description is My aim is to set up a successful mobile catering business creating tasty authentic Indian dishes for sale at reasonable prices This has been a long standing ambition of mine but thanks to PPI I finally created what I hope will become a successful Indian style food catering business. I love Indian food both cooking and eating and have often been complimented on my food by friends so I decided to take it further. I bought a Tandoor and various other bits and pieces to enable me to provide a mobile catering service. I am passionate about this and hope to provide a variety of delicious food to the customer's taste at a very reasonable price.
