Detailed description is We are building the new £5million ARK Priory Primary Academy in Acton, London.. The brand new ARK Primary School will provide much needed additional school places in the London Borough of Ealing. . . We are installing photovoltaic panels to harvest energy, and using bricks made locally which helps with local employment and reduces our carbon footprint.. . BAM is also building a sports/commons hall that will be available for the public to use in the evenings. . The students will also have new sports pitches, soft play and story-telling landscaped areas within the grounds. . . As part of BAM's sustainability drive, the building will achieve a BREEAM rating Very Good, and has already recycled 120,000 bricks from the demolition of the old Priory Community Centre that stood on site. . . Works are due to be complete by the end of July 2013, with the school ready to open for the new term in September 2013..
