BarnSwallow pottery has been a New England tradition since 1972 when Barbara O'Brien, owner and resident mudsmith, established a studio and retail shop in York County. Moving to Newfield in 1976, BarnSwallow expanded to earn its current reputation for unique and affordable quality craftwork. The studio and shop are together in an 1850's barn where customers are invited to browse two floors of functional stoneware pottery and carefully selected gifts.
