Detailed description is Opening in July 2018, Bent Ridge Winery is located in Windsor Forks in the Avon Valley, Nova Scotia (across from Ski Martock). Our wines will feature two reds comprising of a Marquette grape wine and a Premium Appessimento Marquette wine. There will be three white wines featuring a Premium Chardonnay, a Reisling and a L’Acadie. The winery will also produce small quantities of sweet apple desert wine.. . Bent Ridge will also be the only winery in Nova Scotia to have a micro brewery making three distinct beers featuring a hoppy IPA, an amber ale and an American lager.. . A wood-fired pizza oven will provide gourmet pizza and flatbread sandwiches to patrons in both our inside and outside café seating areas.. . We will be posting the progress of the construction of our winery and the life of a vineyard from dormant (winter) pruning through to harvest, so please check our page, regularly, as we move closer to our opening date in July 2018.. .
