Our family has selectively bred and raised this herd of black angus cattle for 18 years. Each cow and her offspring spend their entire lives together on our farm grazing clean, lush pastures, and hay grown and harvested on our farm.. Our beeves are finished exclusively on pasture for two years and are evaluated individually for readiness. The beef is then professionally dry aged for 2 weeks before being packaged for you. The result is healthy, rich and lean beef.. . Pastured Pork . We work hard to ensure that our heritage breed hogs get the diverse diet they need. Our woods and fields provide acorns, hickory nuts, red clover, and native grasses. We grow pumpkins and non-gmo corn for our hogs, and supplement their diet with grains grown and milled locally..
