We specialize in one-on-one training utilizing the EZ Glide 350 synthetic ice and our off-ice area for strength training and speed/agility. In addition to our facility, we have access to real ice next door at Hot Shot Ice Arena. . . Synthetic Ice Training allows for greater workouts in about half the time as real ice. With one-on-one training and a personalized program, significant improvements can be seen in the player after just one session.. . Dryland (off-ice) Training consists of hockey-specific training. Each program is custom designed for the player and the season of training they are in. Before beginning, each player will undergo a Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to help establish any mobility or motor control problems that may be present.. .
