Detailed description is i grew up loving horses. My Dad and brothers rode and showed horses and I loved them. I grew up, went to college, then law school. I never lost my love of horses although my life went in other directions. After getting married and having a child, I was offered a chance to own half of a bay roan. She was not to pretty and was wilder than wild, but I fell deeply in love with her. Big Oak Farm is her fault. While horses came and went, Gypsy was a constant. In June 2015, it was decided that we would breed her. That led to other brood mares, high quality running hoses, and before we turned around, the field and barn were full. We needed a new barn, we needed better facilities, we needed Big Oak Farm. Our goal is to move to a breeding/training operation. We want to produce the highest quality horses around. Last May/June, chapter 1 began with birth of Gracie, Chief, and Kali. We have many other chapters to write.
