Detailed description is Yoga & Biking! Currently I have no set classes, please feel free to message me if you would like to book private or group sessions! No matter where you go, when you unroll your mat or step your feet on your pedals, you are home. . . I am a Juliana Bicycles Ambassador and certified yoga intsructor, passionate about having fun and being healthy! Mountain biking and yoga bring so much joy into my life and I want to share that with you. . . I love how yoga allows us to indulge in our playful and creative sides through movement, while at the same time giving us an amazing opportunity to stay in the present moment. My classes will typically involve an element of play within them, from arm balances to flowing sequences and different breathing (pranayama) techniques. My own daily practice started in hopes to heal a neck injury that I received in a car crash. I have gained much more than increased mobility from my practice and can't imagine my life without yoga. My asana practice has also greatly increased what I can bring to the mountains, whether on my snowboard or mountain bike - trail days have never been this good thanks to Virabhadrassana 2!. . When I am not on my mat I love to be on my mountain bike, my snowboard or my xc skiis. I also love to create vegan meals and spend time planting in my garden.
